Cavanna unique competence in automatic handling of different types of biscuits, making portions and flow-wrapping them, even in multipack is being displayed. The gentle way that Cavanna feeders operate, allows handling of products with irregular surfaces at very high speeds. The special design of the technology allows variation in the number of products per pile despite the number of incoming lanes. Irrespective of the primary wrapping, the line makes it possible to wrap multipacks on edge with or without a cardboard tray. The possible variety both of the primary packaging as well as of the multipack make it a flexible line aimed at satisfying the ever-changing needs of marketing and constantly evolving customer needs.

The whole line is designed, built and tested in one factory by a dedicated team, giving the highest warranty in terms of integration and performance. Size changeovers are accomplished following Lean principles and widely use color coding labels as well as step-by-step instructions on the HMI.
